Piston main bearing and sleeve bearing are critical parts that are of great importance especially in high speed engines. The selection of materials with high quality and functionality is also important to withstand the harsh conditions for materials at high cycle conditions. Bearing elements placed between the crankshaft journal and the piston rod are called sleeve bearings.
