PISTON PRODUCTION
Yenmak, which started with the production of liners in the Spare Parts Sector and continues to provide services, also started the production of pistons by completing the necessary investments for piston production in 1995. Yenmak carries out its activities in Konya with its own foundry and experienced team with more than 200 skilled personnel in an open area of 10000 m² and closed area of 7000 m².
Yenmak is in the market for gasoline and diesel engines in Piston production between 60 mm and 175 mm diameter dimensions and for compressors with its wide range of products including aluminum, steel, oil cooled and ring retainers with the brand Yenmak.
YENMAK realizes the material and alloy properties required by the world standards, after the melting process in its foundry, by performing the necessary quality analyzes and modifications, it performs the casting process with molding and pouring methods in accordance with modern technology. It ensures the standardization of the casting conditions together with the casting robots and ensures the continuity of the quality with the quality control activities it applies at every stage of production.
Yenmak carries out production with the investments made by closely following the technological developments in the piston production factory and ensures that it reaches the end user by making 100% controls with the pistons specific devices for the critical characteristics that affect the operation of the piston in the engine.
Yenmak continues to be the “Power in Your Engine” by continuously increasing its performance in the engine with its R&D studies by combining mold designs, material and alloy properties, special characteristic dimensional features of all pistons produced by them with its experience in the sector and supporting it with software.
